510bet Terms and Conditions – Rules and User Rights

1. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account at 510bet and use any of the services available on the platform – including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and table games – you must meet all of the requirements listed below. Failure to meet any of these criteria may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of any pending winnings.

• Age of majority: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. The 510bet strictly prohibits access and use of the platform by anyone under 18 and may request supporting documentation at any time.
• Residence: The service is intended for users residing in Brazil. Access may be blocked for users identified in jurisdictions where the service is not permitted.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and email.
• One account per person: Each CPF may be linked to only one active account at 510bet. Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses or to circumvent restrictions is expressly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.
• Identity verification (KYC): The 510bet may request identity documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

By completing your registration at 510bet, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules.

2. Account Use

Your account at 510bet is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

• Sharing your login and password with third parties, including family members, is strictly prohibited.
• The 510bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of a user's account when the user failed to protect their credentials.
• The platform may temporarily lock an account for security verification whenever it detects suspicious activity, multiple logins from different IPs in a short period, or unusual betting behavior.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human behavior on the 510bet.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be automatically closed following email notification. Any remaining balances will be held in accordance with applicable law.

The 510bet reserves the right to audit the betting history of any account to verify compliance with these terms. If fraud, collusion, or match-fixing is identified, the account will be closed and funds may be withheld while the investigation is ongoing.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 510bet are processed exclusively in BRL. The platform does not charge fees on deposits or on standard withdrawals. The detailed rules governing financial transactions on the platform are set out below.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Accepted methods: Pix (processed in seconds), boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.
• Pix is the payment method recommended by 510bet for being instant and available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.
• Deposits made via boleto bancário may take up to 2 business days to clear.
• Deposits are only credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the banking system.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: R$ 50,000.00.
• Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• The 510bet only processes withdrawals to accounts held under the same ownership as the registered account — the CPF of the Pix recipient must be identical to the CPF on file with the platform.
• Withdrawals may be held for KYC verification. In that case, the user is notified by email and has up to 7 days to submit the required documentation.
• Balances originating from bonuses that have not met the minimum rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• The 510bet may limit the maximum weekly withdrawal to R$ 200,000.00 for unverified accounts. Once full identity verification is complete, this limit is removed.

4. Sports Betting Rules

The 510bet offers pre-game and live Sports Betting across more than 50 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball, MMA and UFC, basketball, e-sports, and more. Bets are subject to the rules described below and to the specific rules for each sport, available on the platform.

• Minimum bet: R$ 2.00 per ticket.
• Maximum bet: variable depending on the market and event. The 510bet reserves the right to adjust betting limits on specific accounts or events without prior notice.
• Parlay bets: you can combine up to 20 selections on a single ticket. All outcomes must be correct for the ticket to win.
• Live betting: live odds change in real time and may be accepted, declined, or adjusted during processing. The 510bet does not guarantee that the odds displayed at the time of the click will be the final odds on the bet slip.
• Odds errors: if an odd is published with an obvious error (for example, odds of 1.01 for an event with an uncertain outcome), the 510bet reserves the right to void bets placed at that odd and return the staked amount.
• Cancelled or postponed events: bets on cancelled events are voided and the stake is refunded. For postponed events, if the new date falls within 48 hours of the original date, bets remain valid. Otherwise, they are voided.
• Official result: the result used to settle bets is the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body of the competition (CBF, State Confederations, UFC, etc.) after the normal conclusion of the match or event.

In cases of ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of an event, the final decision rests with the analysis team at 510bet, which evaluates each case based on competition rules and industry best practices.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The 510bet offers a variety of promotions for new and existing users, including welcome bonuses, free bets, boosted odds, and loyalty programs. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are disclosed at the time of the offer. The general rules that apply to all promotions are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: available to new users making their first deposit. The standard bonus is 100% up to R$ 500.00. A minimum qualifying deposit of R$ 20.00 is required for the bonus to be credited.
• Rollover: the bonus must be wagered a minimum number of times before it can be withdrawn. The standard rollover at 510bet is 10x the bonus amount. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.
• Validity: bonus credits have an expiration date. Bonuses not used within the defined period are automatically cancelled with no entitlement to a refund.

• All casino games at 510bet use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent laboratories, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is available in the game information. The 510bet does not alter the RTP settings of any providers.
• Progressive jackpots accumulate and are paid out according to the game provider's rules. The 510bet is not liable for technical failures in a provider's system that may affect jackpot payouts.

9.2 Suspension or Termination by 510bet

The 510bet may suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Creating multiple accounts for bonus abuse.
• Use of bots or automated software on the platform.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the 510bet reserves the right to withhold funds while the investigation is ongoing. If no irregularity is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the user within 30 days.

10. General Provisions
